We’re inviting all members, past and present, to come together for a month filled with joy, fellowship, and meaningful activities. · The Lord has Blessed Trinity for 115 years! As we Reflect, Appreciate, and Celebrate all that The Lord has done, members who have not contributed to the Vision Fund this year are asked to give an offering of $115 in Celebration of our Anniversary. Those who have been contributing to the Vision Fund and would like to also give $115 for the Anniversary are certainly encouraged to do so. These funds will be used for the Construction of our Health and Wellness Center which we hope to begin construction on in 2025. Thanking you in advance for your generosity.
· Help make a difference in our community! We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with Trinity's Voter Transport and Absentee Voting Initiative. Your role will be vital in ensuring every voice is heard—whether it's driving people to the polls or helping them navigate absentee ballots. No experience needed—just a passion for service and making a lasting impact. Let’s work together to increase voter turnout! Sign Up in the Lobby!
· SBMEA 5th Sunday Worship Service will be at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 325 W. Fulton St., Sumter on Sunday, September 29th at 5pm. Elder Kenneth Choice of Trinity will be the messenger.
The Pastor’s Aide Ministry will meet briefly today following Worship service in the overflow area. We have very important issues to discuss. Please see Sis. Della Gallieshaw, Chairperson, for more information.
· Trinity member, Nicholas Boatright, will be playing for North Greenville University against Benedict College on Saturday, October 5th at 3pm. Tickets are available for purchase through Benedict College, benedicttickets.com.
· The Sumter Baptist Missionary and Educational Association 76th Annual Session will convene on Sunday, October 6th through October 10th at Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church in Summerton, SC. The Woman’s Ministry will be in session on Wednesday, October 9th beginning at 4pm. The Annual Session Banquet will be held on Saturday, October 12th beginning at 5pm. Please contact Hilda Smalls or Sis. Sandra Williams for banquet tickets.
· The Sumter Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina will host their 51st Annual Fundraiser Christmas Gala, Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Trinity at 6:30 P.M.
